💌 Can I return something if I change my mind?
We totally get it — sometimes the fit, feel, or vibe just isn’t right. While we don’t offer refunds, we do offer a one-time exchange per order to help you get something that suits you better. 💫
Here’s the deal:

Items must be deadstock, unwashed, and unworn

Try-ons are absolutely okay — that’s what mirrors are for 😉

If the item has been washed, no problem! Just let us know. It won’t affect your exchange eligibility, but it helps us understand how the item’s been handled.
📦 The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and once we receive and check your item, we’ll send your exchange out with care.
🔁 How do I exchange an item?
Just email us at support@hopefactoryshop.com with your order number and what you’d like to exchange it for. We’ll guide you through it — quick, easy, and kind.
